Brands in Elaris support two access mechanisms: Members for per-brand team permissions within your workspace, and Brand Sharing for cross-workspace or cross-organization collaboration.

How do I add teammates to a brand?

Go to Brand Identity → Members to manage who has access to a specific brand.
1

Invite a member

Click Invite and enter the teammate’s email address or select them from your workspace member list.
2

Assign a role

Choose the permission level appropriate for their responsibilities (see role breakdown below).
3

Confirm

The teammate receives a notification and gains access to the brand immediately.

What do the different member roles allow?

Full access to all brand settings:
  • Edit brand identity (logos, colors, fonts, guidelines)
  • Manage members and roles
  • Configure brand sharing
  • Generate content, publish posts, create campaigns
  • View and manage credits
Viewer roles may be restricted from generating content or publishing, depending on your workspace plan’s seat configuration.

How does brand sharing work?

Brand sharing lets you extend access to a brand beyond your own workspace — useful when agency teams, external partners, or separate internal organizations need to collaborate on the same brand.
1

Open the sharing screen

Go to Brand Identity → Members → Sharing (or via workspace settings) and click Share brand.
2

Enter the recipient workspace or organization

Specify the workspace ID or organization handle you want to grant access to.
3

Set access scope

Decide whether the recipient workspace gets full brand access or view-only rights.
4

Send the invite

The recipient workspace owner receives an invite to accept. Access is granted once accepted.
Shared brands still consume credits according to your workspace’s credit hierarchy. Any generation or publishing activity performed by the recipient workspace draws from the brand owner’s credit allocation. Review usage regularly and revoke access if collaboration ends.

How do I revoke access?

Go to Brand Identity → Members, find the member, and click Remove. Their access is revoked immediately. Any content they created (posts, campaigns, assets) remains in the brand.
Go to the sharing screen, find the recipient workspace, and click Revoke. The shared workspace loses access immediately. Posts already scheduled by the shared workspace remain in the Scheduler queue and will still publish unless manually cancelled.
Click the role badge next to any member’s name and select a new role. The change takes effect immediately.
